1. Introduction to the agreement

BY APPROVING TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ‘DOORSHIPPING.NET PARCEL’, YOU (The client) ARE AGREEING THE FOLLOWING LEGAL TERMS FOR 'DOORSHIPPING.NET PARCEL.' WITHOUT EXCEPTION The specified Terms of usage ("Agreement" or the "Terms of Service”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the Carrier, and Doorshipping.net (the "Company"). You must agree to the following Terms of Service before using the Service detailed below.

The Company maintains the right, at any time, to modify, amend, or change the Terms of Use or any policies pertaining to the Service. Whether you review it or not, you are consenting to and accepting all the changes.

1.1 Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions where the following terminology has been used, they shall have the following meanings:

The following terminology has been used in these Terms and Conditions, the following meanings are: Consignment: A Consignment is any item(s) of any sort that we acquire from one sender at one address and transport and deliver to any receiver at another location. Aged Consignment: A consignment that is no longer in the same condition as when we acquired it, or that poses a health and safety concern. Out of Gauge: This refers to a shipment that exceeds the weight and dimensions allowed on a specific service. Prohibited Items: These are items that cannot be taken on any service and are illegal under local legislation. When you accept the Service Order, it is referred to as "purchased." The Collection Point: This refers to the location where we receive or collect a Consignment. The Delivery Point: This refers to the address to which any Consignment is delivered. Service: The service and transport of a Consignment by a Freelancer/Rider in accordance with the specifics outlined in the Service Order, as per the terms and conditions.

Service

2.1 Service

The Agreement is in force, When the Service(s) will be provided to you in exchange for payment of the fee set out in the Service Order and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Doorshipping.net Parcel reserves the right to make any modifications to the Service(s) that are required to comply with any relevant legislation or safety requirement or that do not significantly impact the nature or quality of the Service(s), and such changes are not required to be notified to you.

2.2 Loading and Unloading

If a Consignment is collected or delivered at your location, Doorshipping.net Parcel is not obligated to supply any equipment or manpower that may be necessary for loading or unloading a Consignment, other than that provided by the Carrier collecting the Delivery. Any Consignment (or portion of a Consignment) that requires special equipment for loading and unloading will be approved for transportation solely on the basis and condition that such special equipment will be available at the Collection Point and the Delivery Point as needed. If such equipment is unavailable and the Carrier agrees to load or unload the Consignment (or a portion of the Consignment), Doorshipping.net will have no liability or obligation to you for any damage incurred (however caused) during the loading or unloading of the Consignment. This includes any damage caused by the Carriers' carelessness or otherwise, and you agree to indemnify and hold us blameless from any claim or demand made by anybody as a result of our agreement to load or unload the Consignment in these circumstances.

2.3 Collection and Deliveries

During the working hours, the Carrier will make a single attempt to deliver a Consignment. If the Carrier is unable to obtain a delivery receipt at the Delivery Point, you agree that the Carrier is attempt authorized to: deliver the Consignment to, or obtain a delivery receipt from, an alternative address close to the Delivery Point; or deliver the Consignment to a safe location at the Delivery Point, and (if successful), the Carrier agrees to leave details of the address or safe location where the Consignment was delivered at the Delivery Point. When the Carrier is unable to deliver the product to the Delivery Point, a nearby address, or a safe area, the Carrier must return the Consignment to a specified location and leave a request for the receiver of the Consignment to contact the Carrier to arrange for alternate delivery to the Delivery Point. We will return the Consignment to you at your cost if the receiver does not contact us within 7 days to arrange an alternate delivery (such cost to be discharged before delivery to you). If the Carrier believes the Consignment has become a Damaged Consignment and cannot be delivered because it is or is likely to be hazardous, hazardous, or unsafe, the Carrier reserve the right to refuse the delivery.

Terms of Use Of The Service

3.1 Your Obligations

You acknowledge to: make sure that the information you provide in Order Schedule is accurate and complete; cooperate with the Rider and freelancer, as well as Doorshipping.net, in all matters relating to the provision of the Service(s); provide the Carrier with access to your premises, office accommodation, and other facilities as reasonably required, if/when any of these are to be the Collection Point or Delivery Point, and be responsible for ensuring that the premises are in good working order. Provide Doorshipping.net with such information and materials that it may reasonably require in order to deliver the Service(s), and ensuring that this information is accurate in all material aspects. You agree that the Carrier will not be compelled to transport anything that would be illegal or criminal under the laws of your own nation to which you are subject to, and that you would not induce them to do so. Furthermore, you will be bound by applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the Company's country of origin, where it is registered, to the extent that they are applicable and consistent with the laws and regulations of your local territorial jurisdiction, in accordance with bilateral treaties, international business, and commercial laws, subject to the terms of this agreement.

You agree that if you do this, you will hold Doorshipping.net harmless from any losses or damage that may suffer as a consequence.

The Carrier will not transport any products that are illegal under the laws of the land. The Carrier and Doorshipping.net have the right to refuse to transport any items that are not yours or delivered on your behalf. Moreover, Livestock; Food Items; liquids; perishable goods; gasses; pyrotechnics; arms; ammunition; corrosive; toxic; flammable; explosive; oxidizing or radioactive materials will not be carried by the carriers.

3.2 It Is Understood That You Agree That:

All Consignments must be received at the Delivery Point, and the receiver must provide the Carrier with an acceptable receipt, which you agree will be valid evidence of the Consignment's delivery. Unless otherwise specified, "working days" do not include weekly vacations or national holidays in your own country. If you have contracted for a certain number of shipments and have received less than that number, there will be no refund or price reduction. You are not permitted to send a package weighing more than 3 kilograms, and Carrier maintains the right to deny delivery of items weighing more than the specified maximum. That you will be prohibited from sending contrabands under the laws of the land. That you are responsible for providing the Rider/freelance rider with the essential product information. You will not be permitted to send any foodstuffs. You are not permitted to mail passports, bank checks, or any other documents relating to a financial transaction between two parties. It is advised that you do not transfer any valuable items; If they do, they are advised to implement caution. You are to maintain their orders in accordance with the outlined product categories, fully understanding each category description and strictly adhering to any restrictions a product category imposes on the user. You are to pack their product with extreme caution in order to minimize the risk of damage. That you must ensure that their things do not injure the rider in any way, such as carefully wrapping flowers and jewelry; that you are advised to bubble-wrap any gadgets they desire to transfer in order to avoid damage; and that you must pay the riders in advance. If you don't do so, the rider will cancel your reservation. That you are not permitted to require riders to accept cash payment from the recipient. That you must notify our support service of any damaged, missing, or lost things within 5 hours of delivery. Doorshipping.net Parcels does not accept complete responsibility for any item that is damaged or lost. However, if Doorshipping.net finds your report to be valid, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

3.3 Liability

THIS CLAUSE AND THE LIMITS OF OUR LIABILITY WITHIN IT HAVE DRAWN SPECIFICALLY YOUR ATTENTION. Doorshipping.net as responsible businesses, and the individual Carrier, will presumably provide the Service(s) in a professional way with the proper degree of expertise and care. Doorshipping.net Parcels does not accept complete responsibility for any damaged or missing items. Damage to a Consignment may still occur as a result of its handling, and in such cases, the liability of Doorshipping.net and the Riders/Freelancers will be restricted as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Our liability is limited for the following reasons: The worth of a Consignment and the amount of possible loss to you that may occur if it is destroyed or lost is not easily determined, but it is something that you are more familiar with. In many circumstances, Doorshipping.net and the Carrier have no way of knowing, and you are the only one who knows. The amount of loss that might be caused or alleged to be caused to you is likely to be disproportionate to the amount that could reasonably be charged for supplying the Service(s) under this Agreement; It is not possible to get coverage that provides infinite compensation for all conceivable liabilities to all customers, and even if it could, such coverage would be significantly more expensive if purchased by you, thus it is fairer to seek such coverage from a third party. It is critical to maintain the expenses of delivering the Service(s) to you as low as possible; harm to you refers to any loss or damage to a Consignment under these Terms and Conditions. 3.4 Doorshipping.net is not accountable to you in the following ways: If there are any material discrepancies between the declared dimensions and weights and the actual dimensions and weights; c) Unless stated by us, in respect of the items on the Prohibited items; Special Provisions items; and damage to the No Compensation Items lists. We will do our utmost to link you with the appropriate authority to investigate damage or loss of your item. However, due to the aforementioned reasons in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be held accountable for any damage or loss to your goods.

3.4 PAYMENT

You may use Doorshipping.net to pay for the services using cash or other accessible payment options. You must make full payment to the carrier once you have utilized the Service, and such payment is non-refundable. You must pay first to the riders if you choose cash on delivery. If you don't do so, the rider will cancel your request. When you choose a payment option, you are consenting to the terms of service of the Company's processing partners as well as the terms of service of your financial institution. You will be responsible for any costs levied by such processing partners and/or your financial institution (if any) that you have selected.

3.5 TAXES

You agree that this Agreement will be subject to any applicable statutory taxes, tariffs, fees, charges, and/or costs, in any currency, that are in effect in your own country, as well as any future taxes that may be imposed at any time. You also agree to use your best efforts to do everything necessary and required by applicable laws to enable, assist, and/or defend the Company in claiming or verifying any input tax credit, set off, rebate, or refund in connection with any taxes paid or payable in connection with the Service provided under this Agreement.

3.6 LICENSE GRANT & RESTRICTIONS

The Company and its licensors, where applicable, now offer you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license to use the Application and/or the Software for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the Terms of Use hereof. The Company and its licensors reserve all rights not explicitly granted to you. (a) The Application and/or the Software may not be licensed, sublicensed, sold, resold, transferred, assigned, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited or made accessible to any third party in any form; modify or create derivative works based on the Application and/or the Software; create internet "links" to the Application or "frame" or "mirror" the Software on any other server, wireless or internet-based device; reverse engineer or access the Software in order to (b) build a competing product or service, (c) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Application and/or the Software, or (d) copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphs from the Application then use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, or search the Application and/or the Software, including but not limited to web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program that may make multiple server requests per second, or that unduly burdens or hinders the operation and/or performance of the Application and/or the Software . Remove any notices in the Service about copyright, trademarks, or other property rights. (e) Keep in mind that you only use this software for personal or non-commercial reasons. You should not use this for sending spam or storing contravene, indecent, intimidating, defamatory or illegal or harmful materials to anyone. Also do not violate any copyright issues, trademarks, or other property rights.(f).You may not send content that holds software viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs; you may not intrude with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software and/or the Application or the data contained therein; you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software and/or the Application or its related systems or networks; and you may not impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

3.7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

3.7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP The Organization will own all copyrights, including title, interest, and ownership in and to the Software and/or the Application, and, by extension, the Service, as well as any suggestions, ideas, and enhancement requests, where applicable feedback, recommendations, or other information relating to the Service provided by you or any other party. The Terms of use do not constitute a sale agreement, and they do not provide you any ownership rights in or to the Service, the Software, or the Application, or any intellectual property rights owned by the Company or its licensors. The Company's name, logo, Service, Software and/or Application, and product names associated with the Software and/or Application of third-party transportation providers are trademarks of the Company or third-party transportation providers, and no right or license is granted to use them. To prevent ambiguity, the terms of "Software" and "Application" includes the software and application's respective components, procedures, and its design.
